number, tax I.D. number, and where required, business
license.

have been in our current location in Charlotte,
NC for over ten years. Our tax I.D. and/or Business
License are available upon request.
•
Insist on seeing copies of the contractor's liability
insurance coverage and workers' compensation certificates.
It is also a good idea to call the contractor's
insurance agent to verify coverage. Make sure
the coverage's are in effect through the duration
of the job. (Note: U.S. workers' compensation
laws vary by state. Consult your state's laws
to determine workers' compensation insurance requirements.)
We
are fully insured including General Liability
and Workers' Compensation. Our proof of insurances
are always available.
•

that readily offers client references and a
list of completed projects. Call these clients
to find out whether they were satisfied.

an effort to give our customers the best service
possible, we encourage them to provide us with
feedback. Our mission is to make sure that EVERY

complete descriptions of the work and specifications,
including approximate starting and completion
dates and payment procedures.

that outlines the work to be done and the cost
associated with that work. Payment details are
included in the written proposal. Approximate

for any complaints that have been filed.

and quality control procedures. Request the
name of the person who will be in charge, how
many workers will be required and the estimated
time of completion.

Carefully read and understand any roofing warranty
offered and watch for provisions that would
void it. Keep a healthy skepticism about the
lowest bid. If it sounds too good to be true,
it probably is. Remember, price is only one
criterion for selecting a roofing contractor.
Professionalism and quality workmanship also
should weigh heavily on your decision.
We
provide potential clients advice and literature
about warranties and other various programs
that are offered. We take pride in offering
our customers the highest possible quality,
and our warranty reflects that.
